Cookery Courses at the Belle Isle School of Cookery vary in duration from weeklong courses to weekends and one day courses to evening classes. Designed for any level of cooking ability, from beginner through to experienced cooks, each course involves a 'hands-on' approach as well as practical tips and demonstrations.

As well as learning new techniques, kitchen management and hygiene feature highly throughout the 4 weeks. Knife skills and other techniques will be practised daily. The classes are kept to a maximum of 14 students to insure close tuition. Students will stay in the courtyard of the estate, dining in the cookery school each day.The courses run from Monday to Friday starting at 10am and ending at 4pm. The students will be broken up into groups and each Friday one group will cook a three-course dinner for the other students. The course offers a variety of imaginative ideas and also includes vegetarian dishes. This course offers the students a chance to create their own style and enhance their repertoire.

As well as learning new techniques, kitchen management and hygiene feature highly throughout the 4 weeks. Knife skills and other techniques will be practised daily. The classes are kept to a maximum of 14 students to insure close tuition. Students will stay in the courtyard of the estate, dining in the cookery school each day.The courses run from Monday to Friday starting at 9.30am and ending at 4.30pm. The students will be broken up into groups and each Thursday one group will cook a three-course dinner for the other students. The course offers a variety of imaginative ideas and also includes vegetarian dishes. This course offers the students a chance to create their own style and enhance their repertoire. Accommodation per week is £150 this will also include the weekends.
